As a very small business giving 100% of merch profits to various GoFundMe's, a refund means we lose money while trying to do a good deed. The good news is that all U.S. shipments include free $100 insurance included by USPS. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged by the carrier, they will investigate and issue the refund.

Exchanges + refunds on for-profit items are available only if the item arrived damaged or in the wrong size/color. We do not allow refunds for those practicing “try and buy” methods. Please triple check you are ordering the correct size/color/cut.
